Lawn Technician
Individuals with experience and/or formal education in the field of turfgrass management are highly considered although, experience is not the determining factor for employment. A successful candidate must be able to communicate well, take pride in their work, be able to work independently, be punctual, reliable, and capable of performing the quality and quantity of work expected by the company.
Managers
Requires 5 or more years of managing individuals in a professional lawn care or service related industry. A candidate must possess strong leadership and motivational skills, be an excellent communicator and can make sound managerial decisions. The right candidate will also be company goal oriented and will always assist upper management and owners. A college degree is preferred for the managerial position.
Office Administration
An Office Administrator is an individual who is proficient in Microsoft Office, Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook. The administrator will also be detail oriented, able to multi-task and process paperwork, provide excellent customer service, conduct email follow-ups and work in a fast paced environment.
